Did the City Council back off of moving shows like Frank Moore's Unlimited Possibilities and the Dr. Susan Block show to 2am?

I can't find information on the Berkeley government website about this. They were supposed to have discussed this issue for a second time but tabled it last time I was at a Council meeting, within a week of the ACLU writing them a letter. Please let me know, I'm a fan of B-TV and would hate to be cut off from watching Frank Moore or other artistic shows because of a few complaints. Thanks!
